I had an amazing stay at this hotel. It was incredibly clean, and the staff, particularly a gentleman named Mike, who was filling in due to a family wedding, was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect - right on the Ogunquit river, yet I never heard any traffic from busy Route 1. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast staff went out of their way to be friendly and accommodating. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and there was ample parking available. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near a trolley stop, making transportation around the area a breeze. Being close to all the attractions, including the beach and Perkins Cove, was a major plus. my experience here was exceptional, and I will definitely be returning.

Nothing it is perfect.

I had a fantastic stay! The room and lobby were beautiful. The front desk staff were super friendly. The complimentary breakfast had lots of options, including fresh fruit, bagels, waffles, muffins. Everything was hot and fresh. I loved the backyard with picnic tables and grills. Plus, the location by the river was great for kayaking and paddleboarding, and it was really close to everything without being in the middle of it all.

I had a fantastic stay! The hotel staff was incredibly kind and ensured that I had everything I needed and more. The cleanliness of the hotel and my room was top-notch. The amenities in the room were great and I especially loved the view from my balcony. The hotel's location was perfect - close to everything without being directly in the hustle and bustle. Additionally, the free parking made it easy for me to explore the city without any hassle.

Not obvious to find.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is amazing, right on the beautiful beach with barbecue grills still up even in the fall. I loved lounging on the comfortable loungers and chairs while enjoying the peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with picnic tables and grills available for guests to use. The room was large and clean, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. I also enjoyed having a balcony where I could relax and take in the beautiful river view. The staff was helpful and very nice, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The complimentary breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and hot options. The location, although a little out of town, was convenient and offered a nice view of the river and surrounding marsh. The hotel also provided kayaking rentals right on the property.
